How much does it cost to attend Youth Camp?

If $50 deposit is made before June 1, $425.
If $50 deposit is made before July 1, $450.

My student can no longer go to camp. Can I get a refund?

Youth Camp is non-refundable. If you can no longer attend camp, you can transfer your registration to another student before July 1st. After July 1st, we will not be able to transfer your registration due to completed rooming assignments.

What are the camp rules?

If we have an issue with your student breaking the rules or any other behavioral issues, you will be contacted and asked to come pick up your student. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the rules that are broken.

•Be on time for all services and activities

How is free time handled?

Free time will be spent on the campgrounds at the pool, the lake, playing games/sports, etc. Students are not permitted to leave the camp area and leaders will be spread out all over camp to ensure everyone stays within the expected boundaries.

Who can come to Youth Camp?

CSTM Camp is for students who are currently in the 6th-12th grades for the 2021-2022 school year.

Are cell phones allowed at camp?

Students will be allowed to have cell phones on a limited basis. We want your students to really be able to connect with God and engage with others.

Before we leave for camp, we will give you a contact number for emergencies only. All of our leaders will have cell phones so they will have access to a phone if they need to reach you.

What does my students need to pack?

The list will be released no later than July 1.

How is my students getting to and from camp?

Students will depart from the Family Church campus and ride in buses/vans to camp. For more information about drop-off and pick-up, please see the check-in/departure times on the Departure page after July 1, 2021.

How many adults will there be at camp?

Our counselor-to-student ratio is usually 1:8. In addition, we will have a camp staff of about 25 people.

Does my student need to bring money to camp?

We will have snacks and merchandise available for purchase. While it is not necessary to send additional money, we recommend $50 for the week.

What if I need financial assistance?

A scholarship application will be available starting May 1st and close July 1 for those needing financial assistance. Space is limited so make sure to apply early. We award partial financial scholarships after carefully reviewing the applications as we receive funding for scholarships. Scholarship funding is provided by the generous donations of people at Family Church. Click here to apply.
